We couldn't manage without them. She's immobile, and she's only in bed or in a wheelchair. We need them to move her around. They seem to be pretty well organized, and they always make an effort to see that her shifts are filled. If someone can't make it they get another caregiver to come in and there have been very few incidents where we didn't have someone when we needed them.
