Right @ Home has been outstanding at providing care for my husband who has late stage Alzheimer's and is living in a memory care facility. They are empathetic, caring, professional, responsive and the quality of care is exceptional. Their CNAs are smart, well trained and the post-visit reports they post for me to read are invaluable! Far better and more detailed information than is provided by the facility. When I cannot be there, it gives me great peace of mind knowing Right @ Home in Provo is watching out for my husband. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

For myself it's giving me a peace of mind, they're my eyes and ears. For the client they've created a special bond and the client doesn't see the caregiver as a worker, but as family. I like how caring they are and how they personalize their caregiving.

Our entire family is so grateful for the exceptional care our dad received from the Right at Home caregivers. Our dad fervently desired to spend the final months of his life in his own home, rather than in a care facility. None of his children were in a position to move in with him full-time to care for him. How grateful we were for the Right at Home staff who enabled us to fulfill his great desire. Holly was absolutely incredible in making quick adjustments to his ever-changing schedule and accommodating our needs. Debbie, Joan, Angie, Nicki, and Kate are just a few of the absolute angels that come to mind who helped him feel loved, safe, and cared for in his final weeks and even days. Joan tenderly cared for him through his final night on this earth and Angie even attended his funeral. We shed tears together. Words cannot express our deep appreciation in knowing he was safe in their care and attention. We highly recommend Right at Home for their professionalism, loving care, and compassion.

I wish they could be here every day! They do everything for my dad and take that off of me and my mom. Sometimes we don't want to play games with him, or we have to leave the house for errands, and they make it possible for us to do that. I would recommend them because the caregiver is always prompt, does a thorough job, and makes sure my dad is taken care of, so my mom gets a little bit of a break.

They have made a great impact on our lives because the caregiver is here on time every day, she is conscious of what is going on with my husband and is always right there with him. I first called Right at Home Utah County one evening when a caregiver I had hired for my mother from another company fell through. I was immediately impressed. Not only did they answer the phone after business hours, but they were able to provide a wonderful companion for the next day. I have experienced many home care companies that are average. Mark, Holly and their team are excellent. I would highly recommend Right at Home of Utah County for anyone needing care for their loved one.

They help take care of my husband get better. He had a stroke 2-3 years ago. After that they help him and they help me too. Everyone is very patient. They help the patients and they are very understanding and they do their best. Every caregiver is very good. They have very good training for the aide. They don't just care about making money, they really care about the patients and their need.

Right at Home provides in-home caregiving services for thousands of families across the nation. We offer companionship and help with everyday tasks that have become challenging for an aging person. This may include things like meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, hygiene and grooming. We also offer services for those with special care situations caused by numerous medical conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Call us to learn more about the specific services we provide. Custom Care Plan From the moment you call, we begin considering the specific needs of your loved one. We ask questions during the initial call or meeting to form a basic needs assessment. After discussing your particular situation, we will prepare an initial Custom Care Plan and then work with you to fine tune that Care Plan based on your loved one's specific needs. Once the plan is agreed upon, your local Right at Home team matches the right caregiver to implement the plan. Caregiver Training and Care Supervision Every Right at Home caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, caregivers are trained through Right at Home University to ensure that they're able to deliver the care set out in your loved one's Custom Care Plan. Before providing care, they're bonded and insured.
