Right at Home has been amazing to work with! They are easy to work with, very accommodating with schedules and services, and I have been impressed with their integrity. They have been helping my family with my Mom for a couple years now and they are worth every penny! The Right at Home ladies who visit my mom are so kind and patient with her! I really appreciate them! Such gems!

These folks are amazing! The care they provide is top notch, the reporting they provide is invaluable and they truly care! My husband was a resident in a memory care facility in Provo. The reality is that residents don't get much one-on-one care in these facilities as the staff to resident ratio is too low; and in addition, constant CNA staffing turnover meant the quality of care received varied greatly from shift to shift, and day to day. Right@Home gave us peace of mind knowing someone properly trained and supervised was there to make sure my husband's dignity was protected. He was showered daily, shaved every day, toileted frequently, his oral hygiene was maintained, his nails were cut, his room was straightened and they let me know if supplies were running low. They were kind and gave him one-on-one attention doing things like taking him for walks around the facility. After each visit I had access to a detailed, unbiased report on how he was doing, what they saw and noticed. I am filled with gratitude every day that our ARNP referred me to Right@Home. In addition, they were fair with pricing and in every instance they were responsive and honest. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark and his team.

I have been very pleased with Right At Home. My mother is able to have extra care in the form of social interactions with her assigned helper. I live hours away from my mother, and it’s comforting to know she has extra help and companionship.

Right @ Home has been outstanding at providing care for my husband who has late stage Alzheimer's and is living in a memory care facility. They are empathetic, caring, professional, responsive and the quality of care is exceptional. Their CNAs are smart, well trained and the post-visit reports they post for me to read are invaluable! Far better and more detailed information than is provided by the facility. When I cannot be there, it gives me great peace of mind knowing Right @ Home in Provo is watching out for my husband. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Our entire family is so grateful for the exceptional care our dad received from the Right at Home caregivers. Our dad fervently desired to spend the final months of his life in his own home, rather than in a care facility. None of his children were in a position to move in with him full-time to care for him. How grateful we were for the Right at Home staff who enabled us to fulfill his great desire. Holly was absolutely incredible in making quick adjustments to his ever-changing schedule and accommodating our needs. Debbie, Joan, Angie, Nicki, and Kate are just a few of the absolute angels that come to mind who helped him feel loved, safe, and cared for in his final weeks and even days. Joan tenderly cared for him through his final night on this earth and Angie even attended his funeral. We shed tears together. Words cannot express our deep appreciation in knowing he was safe in their care and attention. We highly recommend Right at Home for their professionalism, loving care, and compassion.

I wish they could be here every day! They do everything for my dad and take that off of me and my mom. Sometimes we don't want to play games with him, or we have to leave the house for errands, and they make it possible for us to do that. I would recommend them because the caregiver is always prompt, does a thorough job, and makes sure my dad is taken care of, so my mom gets a little bit of a break.

I first called Right at Home Utah County one evening when a caregiver I had hired for my mother from another company fell through. I was immediately impressed. Not only did they answer the phone after business hours, but they were able to provide a wonderful companion for the next day. I have experienced many home care companies that are average. Mark, Holly and their team are excellent. I would highly recommend Right at Home of Utah County for anyone needing care for their loved one.

They help take care of my husband get better. He had a stroke 2-3 years ago. After that they help him and they help me too. Everyone is very patient. They help the patients and they are very understanding and they do their best. Every caregiver is very good. They have very good training for the aide. They don't just care about making money, they really care about the patients and their need.
