I am a current client of this provider

My first experience with Caregiver Support Network was as follows. My first contact with them was when the caregiver showed up to my home unannounced ready to spend one hour to assist me. I had not heard anything previously as far as my schedule and because I had my daughter and granddaughter visiting me afternoon, I explained to the caregiver that nobody had made contact with me. I could be available in about an hour or so if she was able to come back. I actually called them and let them know that one of their associates showed up yet I still hadn’t received any kind of schedule from them, I asked them to please send me a schedule which they did and was very pleased. My first visit with the caregiver. My next visit was two days later at 2 PM at about noon. I got a knock on my door and I was undressed and I asked them to hang on yet she just walked in and I explained to her that I’m getting dressed and she replied that that’s OK. It doesn’t bother me!?!? I told her that I would be available at 2 PM and asked her why somebody didn’t contact me and give me a heads up saying that she would be early. At that time I could’ve made the decision based on my schedule and been able to see if I could accommodate her. I feel that it was very disrespectful. Not to at least call me and ask if it would be OK to show up that early. Because I had a few things scheduled before 2 PM that I didn’t have enough time to reschedule on my end. I asked if she could come back at 2 PM , and she made a call and came back and said that that wasn’t an option. I asked very respectfully, why and even called the office and they can give me an answer either?

I am a past client of this provider

We used Caregiver Support Network Inc., and I like them. The care was very good, and the management would notify us when there are changes like if we would have a substitute. They have a system that was really good. I would totally recommend them.
