It is such a relief to have a clean house, because I can't do it. It is a Godsend. The person that I have started as average, but when I told them how I wanted things done, she did it. They just have to be willing to train them.

The agency has always been nice and helpful. I like that they're helpful and don't try to push you to do anything you feel you can't do.

The caregiver that we have makes her laugh. I've been with them 14 years, and they are consistent and reasonable. I've had 2 major caregivers the whole time.

They could make our life a little easier by not having to go so far in advance to select a caregiver and to be sure that they had a caregiver show up. I like the girls that they sent out there and that I was able to choose the ones I wanted.

Their organization and support are great; and they do a good job cleaning up and doing what they are supposed to. I like their prices, their concern for their clients, and attention to detail.

They have made her life easier just by the caregiver fixing her meals, and making sure that she will eat the meals that are given to her. My moms' caregiver is friendly, which we really like.

The caregiver needed to have better training and communication. The company was nice enough, it just had to deal with the caregiver.

The caregiver helps the most with general housekeeping. What I like the most is that the caregiver takes initiative and she arrives early, and that's been consistent.

They help her by bathing her. I think they should pay the caregivers more, so they want to stay and won't try to find a new job.

I don't have to rely on my children to drive me around. I can be more independent. They give you lots of information on the web. The person who organizes the ride has been very helpful. It has a more flexible plan.

If they weren't there to help her get through her day, it would not be good. I appreciate that they get to know the person they're working with and listen to her needs.

Just having someone here to help with my wife makes life easier. I would like to pay once a month, I do not know why they want to be paid every week. That is aggravating.

For both my loved one and myself, they have helped immensely. It takes a lot of the burden off of me and it helps my loved one's mental health, to be talking to the caregiver. I get advice from the caregivers, if I am doing something the wrong way. They have good communication.

They took her to a doctor's appointment. The caregiver called me after the appointment to let me know how it went, what the doctor said, and what the doctor did. We've only used them used them once in the last 6 months. They took her to a doctor's appointment recently.

Without the services, my sister would be stuck taking care of me, so it mostly helps her. I would recommend them because they are very observant and they do care about me as a client.

As my loved one's health was declining I was not able to meet some of the care demands, and they helped me in every way. They helped me to manage and be able to take care of them. They were able to stick with my schedule and they provided excellent women to come and help out with everything. The girls were experienced.

Everything has worked wonderfully with Senior Helpers. The client has dementia and doesn't know a whole lot, but with the caregiver here, she's happy and laughs a lot. I wasn't able to leave the house before Senior Helpers, if only to buy groceries. The client's not steady on her feet and wanders. When the caregiver is here, I'm am able to leave more.

Senior Helpers have been working with me for two weeks now. They provide companionship for my husband and light housekeeping, and they are doing an excellent job. The schedule is 7:30 to 5:30, and they have been early, but they don’t leave early. I did not have to make a deposit either.
