I employed crossroads home health in November thru Jan 2015, Very disappointed in their office staff inability to inform patients of problems with insurance, schedules, etc. Nurse or therapist just don't show up when you expect them, When you call the office, they inform you the insurance has to be approve and have to wait . I missed three week of therapy even thou my insurance had approved sessions until March. In summary I would not recommend them for any member of MY family.
