Anytime I have had to reschedule, they have been very helpful and responsive. The caregivers are well-educated. They can talk about current events and thing like that.

My aunt wasn't safe to live by herself, and they were able to get someone there the next day. I like the communication, and that they only brought new caregivers if the owner was there to introduce them.

Their rates have been fair to make my experience positive. I would recommend them because I like the fact that if a caregiver is sick one day, they can reach out to another one to help my parents.

I love the one I have now. I've had other good caregivers too. I appreciate that our caregiver, Caitlin, genuinely cares about us. I already have recommended them in my caregiver support group.

They don't just help with dishes and cleaning. They help me with decorating and things I can't reach or can't do. I like that they actually listen to the client needs and they find someone according to what the client is looking for. They pay attention to your personality and what you need in your home.

The caregiver, Stephanie, communicates very well with my husband. The caregivers have been very good. The regular caregiver is very capable of handling my husband.

My mom has been pretty happy with everyone that she's had. She has her favorites. I don't even see them, they come and I'm not home yet and they're gone when I come back. There's never been anybody that she's said she doesn't want back. There have been several times when the people weren't here. I liked everybody who's come, they're great people, but they tend to get here a little late. It seems like a little bit of a dependability problem. There have been a couple of times when they had to scramble to find someone to come in. It doesn't happen a lot, but it happens.

I have a job besides this, so it allows me to be able to work. It takes the load off of my shoulders. My mom loves the caregiver that they have sent us.

They've helped us with giving our life back. We've been able to do things rather than focusing totally on my in laws. They're very receptive to our needs and are able to fit us in a very quick time. They're very hands-on, so it's not like I am going through someone else -just the owners. They're very personable.
