The caregiver helps me get my walker and does things like laundry, washing dishes, and dusting in the time she has here. I feel very fortunate to have the caregiver we have, as they are top-notch at being helpful, so I'd certainly recommend them for their terrific caregivers.

It's helped me be able to get back to work. It's helped my parents be able to stay at home. But for their quality of life, it goes back to the providers - if they sit and sleep all day the providers are okay with them doing that. There's no initiative to urge them to do other activities. I know they're having difficulties finding providers. The providers are inexperienced and need a lot of direction. There are some that come with a lot of drama from home. They've had family members outside waiting for them. They're on their phones a lot.

We do not use them very often, but we do use them when my husband and I go out without our loved one. It is very occasional. It does not really have an impact on his life since we use them very seldom. They are very accommodating of us.

Most of the time, after the personal care, there was little for them to do. There was nothing to be picked up or straightened out. I did need to have someone here to assist me in getting stronger so I could eventually get to where I could shower by myself. The only thing is that in the case with my husband and me, we had to go for the three-hour minimum. I needed help with personal care, like showering.

I have not used them that much yet, but I had specific things I wanted met last time, and they met all of those. The person in the office, as well as the owner of this agency, have paid attention to my needs and my husband's needs.

I had a stroke but I am rehabilitated and try to do as much for myself as possible. I do tire, and they do the things that I am too tired to get to. I am very impressed with the people that run it. They have come into my home, and I just feel like that was in indication that they would hire quality people.

We used Right at Home West Houston and Sugar Land for my husband. The caregivers are not very experienced since they're mostly students. My husband just got home from surgery from the hospital so we thought that they could take care of him overnight so I could get some sleep. Unfortunately, they couldn't do it since he needs cleaning and he calls a lot. We felt like they couldn't help much. Some of them were scared of our little dog and they'd scream, so it would always be more of burden, hence why we stopped using them. The owner was very nice, friendly and explained everything clearly. When we told him that we don't need help anymore, he refunded our money immediately. We were not very satisfied with the caregivers.

I would tell a friend that Right at Home are dependable, they do exactly what is asked and they are reliable. Right at Home made life easier by buying food for my husband, who doesn't cook for himself, so that he would have something to eat.
