They have safety in mind and follow instructions well.

They are adaptable. I had to go in to the hospital, so they brought in other great caregivers to help out.

One caregiver came and did not wear a mask. It was just that one caregiver that left a bad taste. They actually have some very fine people working for them, but on the other side of the coin they have some really inept people working for them. When they are good people they are amazing, when not they leave a bad taste in our mouth. One caregiver did not take her to her doctor's appointment when it was clearly scheduled for her so we had to reschedule the appointment.
