I like that they clean up and keep my spirits up, and when I get sick and have to go to the hospital they encourage me to do what I am supposed to do. I like that they are caring and make me feel that someone cares about me and do a good job.

We had several caregivers and the current caregiver has been with my mom for 2 years. It's from the past experiences I had, I don't want to get into all of that. They're regaining my confidence. I appreciate the way that we had an issue, the management jumped in, listened to my complaint, addressed it, fixed it, and it's been a happy experience moving forward.

It has helped me the most because I've been able to go home and spend time with my own family knowing my mother is taken care of. I have less stress. I like that they are very flexible with the schedules, as well as the caregivers.

The caregiver is excellent. I like that she does everything for us to help us. She does her job. They are very disorganized in the office. They sent one caregiver out who cooked my dad a sausage and then sat down the whole rest of the day. I called and let them know that she was not a good fit.

Our caregiver has him walking with a cane now instead of a walker. She also has him talking a lot more than he used to. She is bubbly and positive and he responds to that. Sometimes you have to try several caregivers to get the right fit. The caregiver we have now is wonderful.

She prepares meals for me, cleans my house, does my laundry, sits and talks with me, and keeps me company when she finishes with her work. I would recommend Right at Home to others because they take good care of me, I have a good caregiver, and I have no problems with them at all.

They help me with things that I cannot handle anymore, such as grocery shopping. I cannot lift heavy bottles and things, and that is a help to me. I am very satisfied; they do a good job.
