When my son needed their service, I would look forward to them coming. They were wonderful nurses. They knew what they were doing. They would always reach out for new technology to find new ways to make it less painful for him. They made me feel like they really cared. They didn't want to be poking him a lot. They found a vein most of the time in one try, and I loved that. They're professional and sensitive and respectful towards their clients. They're phenomenal and patient. They never made us feel like we were a drain on them.

It was a horrible experience. They could have followed through with what they promised. Have more checks and balances. Improve communication with the family. There was no monitoring of what was going on. She was going behind our backs. I knew she had another job before BrightStar Care knew. All her patients knew.

He has dementia, so he wouldn't understand everything, but they made him feel comfortable. He started looking forward to who was coming, and he developed a relationship with them. They are very thorough, and they help to guide me through. They made me feel like they could handle anything. They answered my phone 24/7. If something happened, they always had a solution for me.

There was one thing I asked to be done, which was that the toilets stayed clean every day, and that means that you take the cleaner inside, instead of just wiping it with some toilet paper. They could do a little bit more than the minimum.

I would recommend BrightStar Care because the caregivers have been punctual. Most of the caregivers are very good. Having the caregivers has been an extremely big help in both of our lives.
