They really help out a lot. I am a quadriplegic. They get me out of bed, help me shower, and do anything and everything I need. I like that when I call and need help, they are pretty good at finding someone. There has never been a time where I haven't had anybody come out. If there isn't a caregiver available, sometimes, the owner comes out.

They always contact me if the caregiver is sick or if there are any changes. For me, it saves me a lot of trips. I know that she is in good care. I have been with them for three years, and I have no complaints. They communicate with me about any changes, and I appreciate their communication.

I am just overwhelmed every day. I have been blessed. The caregiver takes care of my mom and everyone in the house. Some days I do not have to ask her to do anything. The care my mom is getting is better than it would be in a nursing home. They go above and beyond, and if someone is not able to show up, they have someone at the ready. The most helpful part has been getting me up and putting me to bed. In other words, they have allowed me to live because I havent had to stay in my chair. They are incredible. I would tell a friend that their nurses/attendants are knowledgeable, caring, and do whatever you need them to.

They need to improve on getting their statements out. Sometimes they send them on Thursday, Friday, or not at all. They can improve the quality of care and the eagerness to help my loved one.

It takes a lot of pressure off of me to care for my loved one. We've had a little bit of trouble with some of the caregivers. We had a caregiver who only cared about the money and stayed longer than needed. Right at Home was good about switching that for us.

They came and sat in my living room and explained everything to me, and the caregivers have been very helpful. Right at Home has tried very hard to match us with a person who meets our needs. They didn't just blindly assign someone, but sent two or three to us and allowed us to make a choice. This allowed us to give input. The company has been very sensitive to us. The caregiver has become a member of the family.

We were so blessed to have Right at Home (Midlothian, TX) help us hospice my father. Owner Whitney and assistant Amy coordinated the caregivers wonderfully. Pamela was my father's primary caregiver. She was a blessing to us throughout dad's final days. Very competent and a compassionate heart.
