I would like to mention the great service I received from Godly Hearts Home Health Services while recovering from brain surgery. Becky the manager has been always available to speak with me and very flexible with services and cancellations. Her business manners are the very best. Ms Marilyn, my care giver has been working her duties and beyond to take care of me, my house, my meals, my medicines and more. She is also very pleasant to be with and with very good appearance. I would highly recommend both: Godly Hearts and Marilyn to anyone needing home health aid.

I use Godly Hearts, for my parents care in Clear Lake TX. They came out within 24 hours of my 1st contact to complete a free assessment. I thought that was impressive, but their rates for both my parents was even better compared to the other places I had called. My parents are happy with the care that they are receiving and I am more at Peace knowing that they happy. Marcel Costin

I have used Godly Hearts repeatedly since 2015 through the back up care program for my mother. In fact I always limit my request to them. The way the program is set up, request for care is mostly last minute through my employee. Godly Hearts is the only agency that has always made sure we get someone for my mother's care when we request for care.

Currently using Godly Hearts, Becky is always available to answer my questions. My fathers schedule changes frequently and Becky is always able to staff his case.

I used them through my employer's back up care. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! They showed up late each time. Once the provider that was scheduled did not call to confirm, When I called to inquire found out she did not even work there anymore. NO ORGANIZATION. This was the night before care was supposed to take place. So here it is 8pm when I am finding out that no nanny will be there at 5 am. I was put in a tough spot as a result and was very late for work. On another occasion the nanny was antisocial towards me and not so interactive with my child. But when my husband came home she was suddenly chatty. Go figure! Last one was about a couple of weeks ago. The nanny seemed slow. That is the nicest I can say it. She did not respond to any of my text messages all day and did not follow a single direction. Then finally she texts me questions that I had already answered the morning before I left. Like they do not pay attention. This job is not intuitive. JUST HORRIBLE I would NEVER EVER use this agency. Unprofessional and unreliable. I absolutely hated them. I put them on my DO NOT USE list.

Bob is so much better now that Ida is his companion. He responds to her very well and she keeps him alert and using his memory. She has him singing old songs that he remembers and has him walking every day. She is wonderful. I think that he will be able to stay at home much longer with her here. Thank you so much Godly Hearts for finding Ida for us. She is a perfect fit for our family. AG

I also use this agency through my work. I request for the same caregiver every time. She is very proactive, reliable and my son likes her. She interacts and plays with him as needed.

Had a confirmed appointment for back-up care and the provider never showed up which really put us in a bind.

Your employee, Alolake O. provided care to my mother, Kathryn E, on Friday, April 10. My mother had been released from a 10-day hospital stay on Thursday (complications from chemotherapy for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer) and was suffering from muscle spasms that made it impossible for her to stand on her own for more than a few seconds. The muscle spasms also prevented her from feeding herself, in addition to causing other issues. Both my mother and my stepfather reported that Alolake did a fantastic job. They were both very impressed with her. I was concerned that my mother would have a bit of an “I didn’t really need or want the help” attitude, but to the contrary, all the reviews were positive. Alolake was proactive and suggested additional ways that she could help my mother that neither my mother nor my stepfather would have suggested on their own. Alolake was assigned through my firm’s back-up care provider, Hearing the reviews of her excellent care was exactly what I needed to hear to know that I made the right decision. While I wish the circumstances were different, I definitely will request Alolake again when my mother needs assistance, and I hope that Godly Hearts will be able to make her available. Please let Alolake know that she made a rough day much easier and that her work was superb.

My Name is Bonsu, I am disabled veteran. i live along and do not require many hours of care but i require my care giver to be on time every time and do what she is suppose to do well. I am strict military style. I had been with two company,s before but they girls were always running late and the last one left her dirty bowl of food at my house. with Godly hearts home care, so far I have no complains, my care giver has never been late, she is professional and respects my home. I can call the office at anytime and someone will talk to me in a professional, yet a friendly manner.
