They've helped by providing the care that my husband requires, and the continuity of care, so that when they do send somebody else in, whoever comes knows what they're supposed to do and start what they're doing when they come in. They're very good at the communication. We have the same caregiver. The only time we have somebody else is if she's out of town or on vacation. They will call me if she is out and let me know who's coming.

It's helping him a bunch. They're making sure he eats. They're very good at staying in contact with me and keeping me updated.

It brightens his day, it's nice to have another person in the house, she does the tasks that we've asked her to do without complaining. I asked for constant care, and they have provided that. We have enjoyed our caregiver.

It has helped us out at home and given me peace of mind when I'm not there. I dislike how I was not able to get the same caregiver multiple times. I'm not sure if the turnover was bad.

There has been an improvement, and the caregivers are good at helping me stay organized. I have only been with the agency for a couple of months so I have not gotten to know everyone here, but from the visits I have had the care assistants are pretty good.

For them to take care of my parents has helped me tremendously. I can't talk with the actual caretaker, and I would like to know right away what's going on instead of talking to the office.

They are really helping a lot. She has just taken charge of my daughter and I don't have to worry. I can go about my daily routine and not be so stressed. They seem to be very caring and want to please the responsible party and be happy and feel comfortable.

For my mother, it's companionship, because I am four hours away from her. It would be to have a consistent caregiver. I understand that is hard at times. We've already had three, not to mention fill-ins. We've been with them a short time.

I am so impressed with this wonderful/caring business. My brother was so in need of assistance and sadly family living so many miles away. Thank you Visiting Angels . You have provided the help he needed, we needed . Catherine has been so responsive and helpful , the caregivers amazing. I would recommend this organization to anyone .
