They seemed to have really good people at Novus Health Services. I was pretty impressed with them and they have been really good at coming out to care for my mom. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they don’t provide any kind of rehab. The nurses check her out and bathe her. They are very nice to her and kind. Basically, they do things that the hospice needs to do. So far they have been good and we had them for about a month.

When you invite us into your home, it’s personal. And we take that invite as an honor as well as an immense responsibility.
Of course we provide medical needs. We have the best nurses and care givers available who are highly skilled and trained to meet every need.
However, there are personal aspects during this time… No, wait… Let’s be honest, this is ALL personal. This is hard and you don’t want a group who doesn’t understand or doesn’t care just how personal this is.
When it comes to our relationship with you, we are not a corporation – we are Kathy and Jackie and Travis and Christina. And when we speak of our relationships we speak of the sacred opportunity, the responsibility of our being asked to help during this time.
Personal needs cannot be defined in a bullet point list. They are highly individual and the only thing we can promise is that we will do what it takes. We will do whatever it takes to give comfort, to give love, to give help.
