I am a disabled Marine Corps Vet. Gentive has been a lifesaver!!! My caregiver, Ms. Shay is basically family at this point. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get what I need. She even checks in on me on the off times. Also, the ladies in the office are always amazing and super easy to deal with! I would be lost without these people!

My husband is a client of Gentiva. His care provider has been professional, hardworking, and attentive. She told him “You will be well cared for while I’m here.” That single comment gave us both confidence and security when letting someone into our home with whom we were not familiar. Even when our regular care giver couldn’t come, the capable office staff found competent replacements and kept us well informed of any changes. The provider has always been on time and is respectful of my husband’s personal space. We would be worse off without Gentiva.

I recently had surgery and got services with Gentiva to have a caregiver come out to help me with my daily living. I've had a few ladies to come out and help me, I am restricted in lifting anything heavy they have all been great in assisting me. Glenda has been wonderful and very attentive to my needs. I'm leaving for Alaska this week and they have all helped me with packing my suitcases for my trip. I am very thankful for all the help they have given me. The office staff has been great and have been great in providing in the services I needed.

The office staff is great. They are always willing to help and make sure I have someone when I have doctor appointments, or to find coverage when my caregiver is out for what ever reason. My caregiver is always willing to help me we get along great. I try my best to do as much as I can on my own because I'm a independent person but, she still offers to help me and I like that. I have a bad back and she is so helpful when I need to go grocery shopping she pushes the basket for me and loads and unloads for me the same when I need to do laundry. I have enjoyed the services I have received from both office staff and my caregiver.

My PCA is amazing! I don't know what I would do with out her. She takes me to run errands and keeps up with my home and cooks for me. She sets up the microwave for me before she leaves so that it's easy for me to work once she's gone. She's there as my stand by assistance when I need her. With Parkinson's I shake a lot and at times and lose my balance. She's great on writing down all my doctor appointment's on my calendar so that I don't forget. I have no complaints on my services I receive with the company they are great in providing the care I need.

I am currently a client with the company. I have a caregiver that comes out Monday - Friday's. She's dependable and always on time. We get along great. She has a good attitude when she comes in to work and always willing to help. She has a great sense of humor. She never complains when I ask her to do anything or when I need to go out of town for appointment as long as we get back in time for her to clock out. She's great and is very helpful.

My nurse's aide is fantastic. I couldn't ask for better help. She is good at what she does, and she is caring. It's not just a job and a paycheck for her. She cares for her patients. I use them every day, Monday through Friday. She makes sure I take my medicine, my blood pressure, makes sure that I eat right, keeps track of my appointments, drives me to my appointments, takes me to the grocery store, and cleans my house.

I've been a client here for two years now. I use them every day. I have a provider that comes and cleans my house, cooks my meals, does my laundry, and washes my clothes. They take me shopping and they take me to my appointment. I have a permanent caregiver.

I had TKR I’ve been receiving home therapy and I have care givers the staff is amazing I feel like I’ve come along way in my recovery from this surgery due to these wonderful people, that have become family. I could not be more pleased and would recommend this service to anyone. I want to Thank the entire staff.

I love them. I really do. They're great people. Right now, they're taking care of my husband's bag, but I have home health. We just absolutely love them. I'll never use any other company. For me, this time, I've been using them since January. They help me with shopping. Sometimes I need some help getting dressed, a little housework, washing some dishes and helping make the beds. They care, they love and the help is just excellent.

We have been using them. It has been good at this time. The girl, who is helping Dad right now is doing a really good job. We started around June. They help him get ready for bed and get up in the morning basically, and then general cleaning of his room. My dad is fine with them.

I have been using them off and on for 3 or 4 years now. They help me clean my house and they cook some for me. Well, the caregiver helped me with bathroom issues, but I'm a little better and I'm able to go on my own, so I'm OK now. I'm very satisfied with them. They do really well. They actually work really hard to make sure I have somebody.

We have been using them for a little over a year now. My mom gets bathed, she gets her pills, they change her bedsheets, they take out her trash, and they wash her clothes. They also clip and paint her toenails and fingers, and they do her hair. She is satisfied with them. They feed her as well. They do everything very well. My only thing is that they don't give her her insulin shot.

It has been wonderful. They help me with everything, shower and medication. I'm very comfortable with my caregiver. She deserves a raise. With very few exceptions, the staff has been wonderful to me. They also do a lot more background checks than they used to. Everything is wonderful. They have been doing so well; they have been wonderful. For instance, I had to go for a medical procedure in Lubbock, TX and I didn't have the money, and my caregiver paid for the gas and for the food and I just paid her back. In other words, they made sure that I made that appointment, stayed there, saw the doctor, and drove me back safe and sound. It was a long day. I'm extremely satisfied. Give them all a raise.
