Caris Healthcare delivers care to people with life-limiting illness and their families through a professional team of healthcare workers which include a nurse on call 24-hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days per year. Patients can reside in their homes, in a nursing facility, or assisted-care facility. The plan of care for each patient and family is individualized according to his or her needs. To meet these needs, Caris Healthcare provides a wide range of services.

Delta Homecare is initially licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health as a " Personal Support Services Agency". Delta HomeCare is also fully licensed by the Georgia Department of Human Services as a "Private Home Care Provider", certified as a provider for the Community Care Services Program", and for the SOURCE Program. We also provide services for the Veteran's Administration in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia. Our staff is available to serve you on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis, depending upon your specific needs.
