They have helped me the most with sending really good people who are helpful. I would recommend them because they are easy to talk to and very nice people.

The provider that she has is excellent and helps her a lot. It took a while before we had a caregiver that came for two days and the other caregiver did not come back and it took us about two months.

I have a bad case of MS so the help is really needed and they've helped me the most by helping me get through my daily routine. For me to recommend them more, they could send more male caregivers since I have MS and when I fall the women can't help me up.

It is so much better that I'm able to care of him as an option now, not as a necessity. I like that they have communication with me.

She helps her with daily household chores to make her feel more independent. I like that her nurse does everything we've asked.

They have followed the instructions and done a good job of taking care of my dad. I would tell a friend that they have decent caregivers.

I would like them to make sure caregivers have transportation. They do not let us know if caregivers will not be here.

I use Right at Home from time to time. I used them a lot over a period of years. They've come through. I really liked the guy in charge. He's very good. My requests are usually kind of last minute for a day only and for a specific reason. He will say, "Let me see if I can find somebody." He usually is able to find somebody, but not every time. I did have a girl coming once or twice a week for months, so things worked out nicely. Each caregiver I had was very understanding. He tried one new girl for me, and it just didn't work out. I think it wouldn't have worked out with anybody else either. I had one girl with two children, and I love children. She brought them over, and we had things they could do and help. Also I gave them Lincoln logs, and they really loved them. They took them to school and everybody got to build a house. I love her kids. They do the cleaning, the sweeping, the mopping, and the bathrooms. We didn't do that much in the kitchen. The caregiver had to get up on the ladder and hang a lamp from the ceiling because I needed something by my recliner to be able to read. We put a remote on it, and it works like a charm. That's not something everybody can do. She could hang pictures. She and the little girls had never used an electric drill, and we had to tighten the screws on the legs of my dining table. Her and the girls learned how and used that drill several other times later. We just had a good time. I have a very flexible schedule, so it's easy for me almost to meet their needs as it is for them to meet mine. Sometimes it's the other way around, but the guy in charge has always gone out of his way to try to meet whatever I needed. Even though I didn't ask them for more personal care, there were times when I sort of needed it. I didn't want to ask. I certainly was not dissatisfied.

She did a beautiful job but if there was things I could not do myself, she would help. I could not afford to have my caregiver on a regular basis but they would send someone out when I needed them.

We live together but I work, so without the caregiver, it is hard to do the things for the client. They relieve my stress helping me with her. We have had them for a while, and after a rough start, they have sent us excellent caregivers that work well.

They need to make sure his needs are met as soon as they walk through the door. Your people need to be trained better than they are. The caregiver we have is only there part of the time and the only things she does is clean the bathroom.

They should give us a list of what the caregiver can and can't do. They never did a home assessment and they should introduce the caregiver to the client.

He helps bathe and clothe him. They could provide transportation for some of the workers who do not have transportation or are having car trouble. There is not much public transportation so with workers who are far from where we live they need a transportation option. That may be the biggest problem with them. In the beginning, they had trouble getting people to our home because they did not have adequate transportation.

They do basic household things and everyday things that I can't do or would be difficult for me to do. There could be better at communication and there is friction between my caregiver and my family members.

The worker didn't show up. He has doctor appointments, and I can't take him on my own. They need to have people who are dependable. They are here for a week or two, then they leave.

They needed to provide better customer service. They need to monitor the caregivers that they hire. Sometimes the caregivers just come in regular clothes that aren't appropriate.

There's less concern or worry about whether my mother is getting care or if she's okay or not. We still have communication with knowing exactly what's going on. Also, the caregivers sometimes don't show up.

I currently have 3 Right-at-Home care providers. All three of them are excellent and, by a happy coincidence, they have complimentary skills. All 3 are punctual, responsible and pleasant. (In the past there was one who was not up to the job but she no longer is with them.) I hate the fact that I need nursing care, even just a few hours a day, but if I can't do it myself, this is the best alternative I have found. I tried another service and Assisted Living and this is, by far, the best option for me and perhaps for you as well.

Cynthia was the Right at Home caretaker for my father. She was warm, flexible adaptable to our requests and efficient. She worked hard every time to care for my father and to please me when I made specific requests about his needs. Cynthia was more than a caretaker. She became a part of our family, and we are all grateful for her service, even up to my father's last moments. Right at Home also was responsive to our needs and communicated well by phone and email.

The caregivers at Right at Home were very professional. They provided 24hr care 7 days a week for 2 months. They were there for my mom when me and my sister couldn’t be. It gave us very much comfort during our time of need. We had peace of mind with all of the caregivers.

Right at Home did a really good job of working with us to find caregivers who would be a good fit with our mother – we are grateful. Both my brother and I were impressed with the level of care, concern, and interpersonal skills of the aides. Not only did they enable our mother to stay at home, they also helped to shape the experience our mother had during the last months of her life in a positive way.

I would recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a certified nurse assistant. They were very professional and each person who helped along the way - from the owners to the social worker in charge of our care to the aides themselves, were kind and caring. My father was well-cared for each day.
