I cannot speak more highly of the professionals and staff. My mom moved in with us almost a year ago and she’s stopped driving. It only does someone come to drive her to appointments but they genuinely care and sometimes just sit and talk with her. They provide the little things such as straightening up, helping with showers and keeping her medications straight. This has been a huge blessing for us.

I have used Home Instead since 2019 to help me care for my mother. I am so fortunate to have 4 of their very best Caregivers. Mama's Caregivers know her so well. Their desire is to meet her needs. They are compassionate and caring. These ladies have become like family to me. While I spend part of each week with my 100-year-old mother, the Home Instead Caregivers are here providing her 24-hour care. It is a blessing knowing that she is being well cared for when I am not with her.

I use this agency for a home health aid for my mother who currently has a broken ankle. On the Friday after Hurricane Helene, most of the county was without power, myself included. My mother’s aid, Gabby, drove through towns with no working traffic lights to get to my house by 9 am. I was not expecting her to come because of the devastation from the storm. She said she couldn’t not show up in case we needed help. Gabby went above and beyond in my opinion. If all of their care givers are as dedicated and reliable as Gabby, I highly recommend to anyone in need of services. Great experience so far.

Home instead is great ! My mom has Dementia and the caregivers are very patient and understanding. The staff is easy to work with and is always responsive to our requests. We are so grateful for the help we receive.

We were all taking turns in caring for our father but his needs quickly changed & were in need of immediate assistance. We were able to secure services the same day & had the absolute best aide, Amanda. She is an angel & the epitome of a what all caregivers should mirror. Thank you to EVERYONE at Home Instead for your consistent follow up, clear communication & for having Amanda take care of our father fore going into am assisted living facility. We will never hesitate to share how wonderful ALL of your team members are!!

I am WW II veteran an I've been with home instead for a while they have care for my loving wife till she pass. An now they are taking great care of me I've have a number of caregivers. But nothing like the one i have knw Shirley goes above an beyond to care for me an I appreciate her everyday.. She is always on time.. We have conversations about my history of the war.. The company has been great about my request when I need it etc.. Thanks for all y'all do for me.. Love David

Home Instead has been providing my care for just over a year now. I am a quadriplegic and a service-connected veteran. I was relieved to learn that Home Instead is a V.A. approved provider. They do everything from getting me out of bed in the morning, helping with dressing, bathing, toileting, food preparation, light cleaning, laundry, to putting me back in bed at night. The caregivers I have had have been punctual and prepared to help. In the past year, any issue I've had was resolved quickly without interruption of my care. I 100% need care every morning and every night. They have never let me down. From the very beginning, the staff was receptive of all of my input. The Home Instead staff has been very good about communicating any adjustments. It has truly been a pleasure having a company I can trust and caregivers I can count on.

Home Instead are now providing 2 sets of caregivers in our home. One takes care of Mama who is more mobile but needs help with ADLs and appointments. Our dad is bedridden now and on hospice care with later stages of dementia. They are always on time or make arrangements - so no need to worry on schedule.

When I made a personal visit to the HISC office, I found the staff personable, professional, and above all, caring. After Mr. Syrett met with our family to discuss what kind of care services my sister would like and need, my feelings were confirmed. It's now been a few months, and I can honestly say, without any hesitation, that this was the best decision our family has made. My sister is able to live safely and independently in her home, and she is happy. So are we!
