Hands and Hearts Home Care was founded in 2008 in order to provide a much-needed service for senior citizens. We have worked tirelessly to provide the highest quality home care available to allow seniors to age comfortably in their own homes. We have formed many lasting relationships with health providers, rehabilitation facilities, hospice and nursing homes among many other skilled colleagues in the industry so that Hands and Hearts Home Care is able to coordinate the care necessary for healthy and gratifying living in a familiar environment. Our staff has had training through multiple courses dedicated to senior care through the USC Arnold School of Public Health with an emphasis in dementia, Alzheimer's care, arthritis patients as well as many others. As a result we have worked closely with families to help educate and comfort families while undergoing the process to better understand the many chronic illnesses that affect seniors.
