Ask them to call when they arrive and not to enter your residence without your permission. Put any over the counter medicines away. No care plan offered. 7 different people came, causing confusion. Staff was rude, unhappy with their agency scheduling, and did as little as possible, and did not communicate well with patient or each other. Do not recommend.

My husband has been in and out of the local hospital at least 5 times this year (2015). Each time INTERIM Health Care has been the in home health care provider. Each nurse has been very professional and caring. And since my husband has been in the hospital and used INTERIM so much, we have developed a bit of a relationship with some of the nurses.
