Nurses are great. Office staff is horrendous and uncooperative. Made us feel as if they wanted mom to hurry and die to get riding the family. Overmedicated mom. Misdiagnosed mom.

The Staff at Agape are true professionals to the patient and compassionate about the situation that we all must face-death. They were a breath of fresh air and release the stressful thoughts of whether my loved one would be given the first-class care she deserved! During the short transition to death, they were poised, polite, and professional

My sister was a patient at Agape recently and I was very pleased with the nurses and their care for her. They spoke very tenderly to her and were attentive to her needs. One nurse went so far as to paint her toe nails and just give some extra TLC. Nurses checked on us to see if we needed anything and just listened when we needed to vent. Also, I appreciate the Chaplain's encouragement to our family and love he showed all of us. during this difficult time, it helped to have the smiles, love and compassion.

My sister was transferred here from Lexington Medical Center. I cannot say enough about the Agape Hospice House and the staff. I have never seen such tender care for a patient. They handled her with kid gloves and the compassion they showed not only her but our family. There were several family membees from out of state and they made sure we had everything we needed.they took care of us physically and emotionally. I would recommend this hospice house to anyone. Thank you for all you did for us and my sister.

a friend of mine's husband has been place under hospice care with Agape. It's only been a week and it's been a nightmare. The CNA comes 3 times a week with no supplies and spends 20 minutes in the home. The RN came to sign him up and hasn't been back. Oh forgot the CNA is off today so no visit. Diapers, bed pads and meds are needed and nothing.

My aunt was in Agape Community Hospice for almost a week. She was transported on a Sunday, and she died Friday. They were excellent, and I was there every day. I would stay 5 to 6 hours with her, and they were concerned about me. I was there when she died at 5:45. I was singing hymns and praying with her. She was not responsive in a lot of ways. She was kept clean and the family was there at different times during the day. They were not only attentive to my aunt's needs. They were attentive to her relatives who came in, offering a snack, just wanting to make us feel comfortable. It was fine, and the other cousins also who came in were quite pleased. I would recommend them.

We didn't know very much about what to expect, but the Staff, including: Chaplins, Cna's, Nurses, and the Social Workers helped us out alot. If you dont live in town, you can rest assured that your loved one will be well taken care of. Everyone is so filled with love and compassion here and it helps out alot in these situations. Thank you Heartland Hospice Care Facility Care Center on Stonebridge Dr for all you have done.
