Through coordinated care and support for clients and their families, Adonai Care In Home enables individuals to enjoy the safety and comfort of their own homes. Adonai Care In Home also serves clients transitioning back home from an assisted living setting or from a hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation facility. Our companions and aides act as caregiver and friend when family members or loved ones cannot be present. This enables family and friends to have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is getting the attention they deserve, the companionship they desire, and the care they need to remain safe in their home. Our aides and companions visit clients in their homes as often as needed. Whether for short visits or 24-hour care, they provide emotional support, caregiver assistance, light housekeeping, and companionship to help older adults, individuals with physical challenges, and those with mental disabilities feel comfortable, secure, and independent in their own home environments. Our professional and dependable aides and caregivers are available for you or your loved one as long as necessary, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should the need arise, our aides and caregivers are also available to support clients while they are in a hospital or rehab facility.
