The most disappointing thing was the lack of understanding of scheduling. I like to know things in advance and I got no notice at all. The worst part is the communication between the caregiver and myself.

When employees leave the company, they need to find someone to replace them quickly. I had someone come every Tuesday, but then she left so they gave me someone that only did this type of work part time. She wouldn't come consistently. Now, they have dropped me from the services.

Right now, it hasn't been exactly super-duper because of the issues I have going on in my life. We are trying the 24 hour care for a couple of days, however, we are waiting for someone and I am not sure where we stand at this time. I need more time at home with my loved one, who also has health issues, and all of this has been very difficult on me. We only have a caregiver right now for a few hours, and they are improving. I can honestly say that everyone I have talked to in the office or on the phone with BrightStar Care seem very professional and are very interested in our needs.

We didn't have them for very long. The person we had came at night, They had to come at 11:00pm. I would have liked them to come at 10:00pm or 10:30pm We had all but one person that were excellent with my husband. With the one, we spoke with the representative and we never saw her again.

There was a time when I had to be at a doctor's appointment, and there was a caregiver that could not come, and someone from the management came and filled in until someone else could come, so I could go to my appointment. They have helped me so much because they are able to schedule an aide to come consistently three times a week. It has made everything throughout the week flow really smoothly. They meet our needs by providing someone consistent and dependable that we really like.
