The caregivers that assist my parents are there 5 days a week/ 3 hours per day. They cook dinner each day (pre agreed menu options), they do light cleaning to include dusting, wiping up floors, cleaning bathroom, ironing, changing sheets, doing laundry and once or twice a week they do grocery shopping for staple items( milk, bread, eggs, lunchmeat, ice cream etc). After the first two weeks one of the caregivers decided to leave..so that was a minor hiccup but the Client Care Coordinator has been terrific. She’s responsive, proactive and very easy to work with. I appreciate our line of communication with each other. The two caregivers that we now have arrive on time and my parents have really adapted to having them there. We are very pleased with our choice of selecting to work with Home Instead for our parents.

My Mom enjoys the care givers she says they are very nice and helpful. Anytime we need any assistance with any questions or requests the agency responds ASAP.

For the past 7 years we have used Home Instead Senior Care from the Perrysville office in Pittsburgh, PA for my elderly mother. They have been wonderful. My mother has dementia and they take care of all aspects of her care which has enabled mom to stay in her home. Her caregivers are trained in memory care skills and over the years have kept mom active outside of the home as well as help continue mom's interest in her house plants and other home activities. Mom's caregivers have been warm and caring. We consider them to be a part of our extended family. We have peace of mind using Home Instead.

home health care aid and just a driver who can push me in a wheelchair. yes they are on time or have a good reason for being a little late. interactions are fine - workers are competent and caring - excellent match with my two very different requests. my only regret is that agencies do not pay workers more and offer them some medical benefits

The staff was just wonderful. We hired them for my mom, but the caregiver was terrific with my dad who had dementia. They cooked and cleaned. They carried on conversations with mom and dad. They were also willing to stay longer, if they were able and it was needed. I highly recommend this agency.
