Albright LIFE is dedicated to helping you meet your healthcare needs in the community rather than at a nursing home. It covers all Medicare/Medicaid covered care and services, and other services that the LIFE team of health care professionals decides are necessary to improve and maintain your health. This may include drugs, as well as any other medically necessary care, like other health provider visits, transportation, home care, hospital visits, or nursing home stays when necessary. Participants utilize LIFE’s physician and receive most health services at our LIFE Center, where they can also socialize and enjoy a hot meal. Transportation is provided. Living at home is your goal. At Albright LIFE, it’s our priority.
