Have a great caregiver, Suzanne. I had Home Instead when husband was alive. They were caring and very responsible. Been a client for well over 5 years. All the caregivers have been very good. All the caregivers have been very good, efficient, and professional. The home visitor from the office was Sarah, and she was very nice.

2-hour block would be better than 3. Our helpers are very good. If they don't know how to do something, they'll learn. Otherwise, they know how to take care of our routine needs.

We had an incident happen when my wife and I were on vacation. Home Instead visits my father 3 days a week. The Monday, a couple days into our vacation, my father needed to go to the ER for high BP. I have a friend that looks over my father when we are away also. I worked with Home Instead all week in getting coverage to be with my Dad. If it was not for them and my friend, we would have had to come home. The girls were tremendous to work with and came through in finding coverage. I did call and talk with the owner to thank all involved in helping my father and me!! Barrie Rohrbacher for John R.

I am using Home Instead Senior Care. After the first week, we settled on a person who will be coming most of the time. I need a caregiver close to me in case I fall because I became a fall risk when I came out of the hospital. The person is there with me when I do exercise and available when I need them. They provide what I need, and I am very satisfied with the service.

We had good people from Home Instead Senior Care, and they took good care of my wife until I was able to do it myself. We hired them because the program that they had suited our needs. They provided good service. They were prompt, and they showed up on time. It worked out fine and satisfied our needs. The management was very helpful. We set up the billing through our credit card, so it was automatic monthly billing, and it worked out fine also. I had heart surgery, so I was not able to take of her, but now I could so we don't need their services.

We had my mom-in-law set up for home care with Home Instead. It was short-lived because she passed away. Everything was great including their caregivers. I would give their admin a very high score except we had to give like a security deposit or deposit down and till now, we haven't received that refund yet. My mother-in-law had been deceased for seven weeks now.

Provider of assistance to seniors. Great company who helped our family for months when my step-father was in late/end stage cancer. He also had mild dementia. Their caregivers were wonderful. My mom has dementia and I'm sure I'll be needing their services to help keep her at home & for extra attention in an assisted living facility.
