I don't know of anything they can improve on. This agency does everything we expect of them and told us they would provide. This agency is consistent. If there's any issues they call right away. It's a very well-run organization.

Audrey would not be able to live at home if it weren't for the services provided by Right at Home. I like that Right at Home always lets me know if a caregiver is unable to come and that they do their best to get someone to come for us.

I have been using Right at Home for 2 years now on a regular basis to care for my wife, who is bedridden with MS. Their care providers have always been punctual, courteous and professional. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

My mom did not feel comfortable about having a different caregiver bathing her every day. We were told they would assign one or two caregivers regularly but after a week, there was always someone new. My mom could not connect with her caregiver or even remember who she was.

Jim S. and his entire staff score 1,000% in my book. He goes out of his way to make sure his clients and those in need of caregiving services like me, are well taken care of and feel important and loved. They feel like family. We came from out of town for surgery, and I feel safe and happy.

All I needed Right at Home for was to have a sitter -- someone to stay with my mother whenever I would go out. I didn’t have them do any additional work like housekeeping, and they didn’t have to bathe her. They basically just sat with her while I was out. They would get her up and help her to go to the bathroom, get her something to eat if she was hungry, and they were here when they were supposed to be. They maintained the schedule that I had asked for and did a really nice job.
