It is mostly my mom's issue, she doesn't let them do much or encourage them to do much. They are mostly there for my father, they help with medications. They do things pretty well, I just wish they could have a consistent group of people coming. There are last minute calls and changes that I don't like.

The agency provided my mother with in home care for over three years. The caregivers would help me bathe and dress my mother and helped me feed her meals. Their staff was scheduled every morning seven days a week and typically arrived on time and rarely missed a day. The caregivers were like family! We would always have the same people scheduled on the same days with very few exceptions which was very important for my mother! Her having severe dementia required consistency and routine and they valued and respected that greatly!

They showed up on time and listened carefully to our needs. And, importantly, they were immediately available. Owner Andy M. personally did the intake interview, and wrote a very kind sympathy note when my father passed.

I would give them 5 stars all the way around. I have rapport with the caregivers. My attitude is that they take care of me and know me, and I've gotten to know them, so it's like a family. I established a relationship with them at the very beginning.
