I like the care manager and that they are very involved. I am not sure what they could do better specifically, but I really like our caregiver that they chose for us.

She is here most the time. My caregiver is here 40 hours a week. I couldn't ask for anybody better. She gets me anything I need. I like that they are pleasant, and she does anything that I need. I just mention it to her, and she gets it for me.

It's been very positive. When it relates to what we are trying to accomplish it has been outstanding. It helps when they give social interaction. They've been very responsive to our changes. It has been a learning process but they are always responsive.

They've helped me by taking care of my grandpa. It allows me to work and be with my family while knowing my grandfather is taken care of. I like the communication and how friendly and nice all the staff are.
