We have in home care from Visiting Angels. They're a very satisfactory and expendable. We have them for 8 or 9 months. They provide personal care, biding, dressing, and they prepare meals. They can take him to appointments, since they need to. They can get him up in the morning and put him to bed at night and everything in between. They come 12 hours 7 days a week. They have several different ones we don't have the same one every day. They're all good, they're well trained, and they do their jobs. I'm satisfied completely. It's not cheap, I supposed in line with other services.

They cook her meals, bathe her, and take her to doctor appointments. They do a good job with taking care of her and they do everything they said they would do.

Two days a week I am able to get out and go. They try to provide people that will work with my husband and we try to have one person because he does not like to have different caregivers.

My father didn't cooperate with the services, it may have been better if we could have had the caregivers there for a shorter amount of time each day. The caregivers should have been wearing masks during this pandemic.

They made sure he was comfortable and they were very caring. They were thorough. I had one young girl and another young woman and they took notes and did everything they were supposed to do.

They allowed her to live independently in her home town. Her family is over 6 hours away. I liked the people they chose. They were very attentive to my mother. Three of them came to her funeral.

When I have had to do it myself, it is hard, right now, I'm having a hard time without them. They would do a lot, releasing me from having to do things 24 hours a day. I have had some bad experiences, but mostly good. The last two Angels were very good. I hope I can get them back when we return.

A lot of our personal time has been taking up. My dad needed 24 hour supervision and we were all employed so none of us could do it. They are easy to work with. So far everyone that I have met have been really nice. I have no complaints.

She likes it. I think she likes that someone shows up and that she can talk to them. I think the pay for the caregiver that is here could be improved. I pay 25$ and she is only getting 11. There is a disconnect right there. That is a chunk of overhead that really needs to come down.

She had mobility issues after a fall with broken bones, so they help her with chores around the house that she can't do. They are providing care for my mom and she says they are doing a good job.

We couldn't have family there at night, and it just gave my loved one a certainty that she would have someone there if she needed immediate help at night. It just gave us all peace of mind. They were so responsive when I called them.

When I leave the house, I feel like my mom is getting great care. They cannot help the patient out of bed if the patient can't do it themselves, which is a big issue that I didn't realize.

Having the services is a whole lot better because it gives my loved on attention. The services help her the most by getting her motivated in the morning and getting her focused on something that will keep her interested during the day. I appreciate that they care about the person they are helping. They want to make sure they do everything they can for my loved one.

The caregiver helps my loved one get in and out of bed and get dressed. The caregiver reminds my loved one when it's time for lunch. We've had a caregiver for about a year, and we've been satisfied with them.

They were able to get it so that we could have the same caregiver coming to see my father-in-law, which is good for him. The caregiver is very kind to him. I made a list of priorities for my loved one, and they don't always get done. The caregivers help in a lot of other ways, though.

They were amazing! They did really good on keeping open communication. I was always informed on any events that were taking place. They're very caring. They helped tremendously. I couldn't have done it without them! They made sure he was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about it. I knew he was being bathed and fed.

Visiting Angels has been very kind, efficient, and they did a good job. Visiting Angels made life easier for my daughter because she had a broken bone in each foot and they were very helpful to her, and I don't know how we would have gotten along without them.
