They seem to be doing alright. Some of them are good, and some of them are not. They do what I tell them. They don't do everything. They have to have a little bit of breathing room.

They sent the same person on a regular basis so we get to know them. On short notice, they have been able to provide extra hours we needed. Anyone they have sent has been nice and they have done a good job and they are always on time. They give good care.

The caregiver does my laundry weekly makes my bed and cooks my food which is what I need. In the beginning, I did not like them the people that was sent was not qualified and once the VA came in they gave me someone else and she is now excellent

They could improve the caregivers. I sense they are blaming me for everything. I didn't like their attitude. I know there are several of them in the area. I like the owner but the caregiver was not very good and the caregiver became rude.
