For our clients, we look to change the face of the HHA by employing Health Science students from area colleges to help develop their confidence working with others in intimate settings as well as their bedside manner. We offer our clients a more knowledgeable caregiver who’s training can allow them to recognize any signs which may require nursing or medical attention sooner. For our employees, we offer a more flexible work schedule and shorter work days that allows for adequate studying time. Our owner and CEO being a former educator, is a resource who can answer questions and offer studying advice which has proven to be an asset to our employees.
