The staff of this hospice are extremely kind and friendly. They are all well versed in the care and comfort of their clients. My brother was there for several days before passing away. While there the staff made sure he was well tended to. Although he was not able to communicate with anyone I am sure the staff did their very best for him. I watched them as they would come into his room quite often to be sure all was going well. Even when he passed away a nurse was there and offered comfort to those of us who were with him. These people are the best. Even the security guard was of top quality and very nice to us. My most heartfelt gratitude goes out to all at the Trellis facility.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

The caregiver from Hospice and Palliative Care is very good. She started maybe three weeks ago. We have the nurse who is very nice, seems very competent and upbeat, and then we have the nurse's aid that comes to bathe her, and she is very nice. My mother is comfortable with her.

I am a past client of this provider

I was very glad when my father was able to go to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice home for his final days. They did an outstanding job of caring for him - and for his family. They know how to handle end of life issues and are caring and compassionate. They made it their personal mission to make sure my dad was comfortable and they finally succeeded. The setting is quite comfortable for families - large rooms, kitchen/family rooms just down the hall. There is a beautiful courtyard and a labyrinth for meditation. It is a beautiful facility with an outstanding staff.

well i will start off bye saying, they have some very rude nurses here, i was with my boyfriend for four years, when he started getting sick ,i was there for him ,i took care of him,i was bout the only one there for him, then he decided he wanted to go to kbr.i was fine with that, because they could help him more. i got to go see him a few times, then one day they told me i couldnt come see him because he said he didnt want no visitors, they wrote it down,so i thought it was for the day,so when i called back she said i still couldnt see him, they didnt ask him no more.so i called trying to figure it out.they still wouldnt let me see him.so i would call to check on him,and they would tell me how he was,so one day i ask if they could hold the phone to his ear they did, then i called on thanksgiving, and i ask the charge nurse if she could hold the phone to his ear,so i could tell him i love him,she said no, we are not allowed to do that,i told her they done it for me,she got a bad attitude and told me she was going to stop that, she was not having that no more, this nurse made me so mad,on thanksgiving i couldnt even tell my man i loved him, because of this women, it was bad enough i couldnt see him ,but couldnt even say i love you. he died today at three a.m. they didnt even call me and tell me. people like this will have to answer to god one day.god have mercy on there soul.
