We have had the privilege of having care for my husband from Right at Home Wake County for nearly five years, since July of 2018. We came to Right at Home Wake County after several other agencies over the previous eight months. We are so grateful we finally found the right homecare agency for our needs! There has never been any instance where Right at Home Wake County was ever less than professional or acted in any way other than to provide the most outstanding service to meet my husband’s needs. From the intake interview, to the schedulers (don’t know how they do it!), the nursing staff, the finance and administration personnel and, of course the caregivers . . . the whole team has delivered exemplary care, commitment and service. We have never been disappointed. When you need care for someone you deeply love this is the team to look to. There are not enough stars to give.

Laura is the Best at scheduling caregivers and communicating any changes. Our current caregiver is great! Alway 5 min early for any of her shifts.

I appreciate your staff making the switch in my Mother's care. Shanquesha has been just wonderful for my Mother. She is very thoughtful, thinks ahead, and is a great help for my Mom. She also has a great personality, kind, considerate and is perfect for my Mother to be around.

Right at Home is a very good company, the people are excellent and well mannered and knowledgeable. Most of all, they respect me and treat me very well, especially Latonya and Vicky.

They send the one girl to help my loved one out of bed in the morning. They could try to get back up for the caregivers.

They take care of things that I am not good at. It's kind of hard to say because some of the individuals, in fact most of them, are very well trained. It is a learning experience.

She can't take her medication herself. It is a necessity for her. I don't care for the weekly billing. I'd rather they do monthly billing.

They served a necessary need, but we found another company that is doing a much better job. The overall quality of the caregivers was not great. Many of them were pretty worthless and would just sit on their cell phones.

It allows me to continue doing my job. It allows me the freedom to do regular house hold chores. I think the caregivers are very caring. If they notice any little thing, they voluntarily contact the nurse and have her come out if they have a question. They do that with things as simple as a skin rash, which prevents us from going to the doctors. Everyone is extremely nice.

They allow him to live independently. They are very reliable and they go overboard trying to make sure all our needs are met.

We are using Right At Home for my mother-in-law. They help her shower and get dressed and do light housekeeping once a week. I think they are rather expensive and can improve on interacting more with the clients. However, they are very punctual, clean up, and are very good. I will recommend them, but I think the price is very high.

We are using Right at Home. I was able to speak with the manager at the beginning, and I was very impressed with the fact that they have 24-hour service. If the caregiver didn't show up, there's bak up. I felt that it was safe, and the girl assured me that everything is going to be fine; that's what I needed. So far, it's been true. The first caregiver wasn't a match for my mom, but the second one was fabulous, and I would keep her forever if I could. My mother has been safe, happy, loved, and everything I need her to be while I work. They make every effort to meet your needs.

My dad had caregivers from Right At Home for a while, and we were very happy with them. Everything was professional and good. We're pleased with them when we used them. We had lots of different caregivers, and they were professional.

I chose Right at Home because of proximity and the cost factor. It was for an escort service because I was having cataract surgery. The caregiver was excellent. She was gracious, she talked to me and was interested in the procedure. She was really concerned about me. They were really very good. I had 3 agencies call as far as service, and out of the 3 Right at Home was the most inexpensive.

We are using Right at Home of Wake County for my loved one. We were able to get a caregiver match the day after we hired them. It is very fast. My mother lives with me, but I work during the day and I cannot bring her to doctor’s appointments. I need CNAs to go with her, so they can listen, pay attention, and understand what is going on. They drive her to the doctor’s appointment, go in with her, and hear what the doctor has to say. My mother does not remember things. We have several different caregivers, and they are all very personable. They put my mother at ease, are caring, are always on time, and come when I need them.

We only used Right at Home for a week, but they were excellent. We really enjoyed their service. They provided overnight caregivers. The CNAs were very good and made my father comfortable. I would recommend them to others. They help transition through hard times in life. The caregivers were very professional and very on time.

I have Right at Home with me. Their rates are not as wgood as some, but they were able to give me somebody from my neighborhood who could cook. The ethics of Right at Home are about the same as everybody's. They are very friendly. They gave me a loaf of bread for Christmas, and all sorts of nice things. They found me two different people, they always have my convenience in mind when it comes to scheduling people to come, and so on.

She is a good person to be with. She does what I want to be done. She is on time in the morning. Takes me shopping and to doctors appointments. Nice to have someone to talk with.

We had quite a positive experience with Right at Home. The care was excellent. I hired them basically for transportation, shopping for food, and light housekeeping because my brother had been basically incapacitated for the last 10 years. He had a heart disease, and we had a very good experience; the lady was wonderful. They billed on a credit card and were very consistent with the services that they provided for my requests. Everything worked smoothly and the coordinator was extremely helpful.

I'm very sorry to say that we had a difficult experience with the mgmt of Right At Home. Our caregiver was wonderful, but when she was going to be away, we weren't notified that there would be a change in caregivers. The "fill in" caregivers weren't making sure my dad took his medications or changing his bandages after a recent injury. They also didn't keep the kitchen and bathroom clean. Upon discussing this with upper management in a professional manner, they discontinued their services immediately with out giving us a chance to find new caregivers.

I called this service at 6:15 of a holiday weekend needing someone to cover nights with a very sick mother. I got the owner and he had a wonderful woman "Barbara" at our home within 2 hours. She spent three nights watching and taking care of my Mom during the nights. They were also able to get two other caregivers to cover the rest of that weekend. They came through with great people on very short notice. Would recommend them 100%. Fantastic staff and caregivers.....
