This is worst home health agency. Maxim sent a caregiver who had mental breakdown while our son was alone with her and we were away from home. Caregiver took her clothes off when we came back home and could not communicate with us. I had to call police. Police called EMS. She would not communicate with police or EMS staff. I believe she is still in hospital after two weeks.

This is a horrible agency. If you would like to have people come into your home and ignore you when you speak to them, not do the work they have been contracted to do, text message their friends and family while they are being paid to work and not bother to show up or call when they are scheduled then this is the agency for you!!!!
