My life is just as hard for me as it was, and I am not even the client. The agency needs organization to get the job done right.

If someone wasn't going to show up, they made sure to let us know in order to make our experience positive. I would recommend them because the nurses he had always come and kept him company, I just haven't seen anyone in a few weeks, and I don't believe I discontinued services.
