They have been keeping my grandmother with well-staffed people, so I don't have to be there as much. I would recommend them because the people they sent out have been very nice, and Kari seemed very caring.

They are my eyes. I am visually impaired and there are things I can no longer do. I like Brightstar because of the quality of the employees, the quality of the care that they provide, and the fact that they care about their clients. They want to do the best for them and make them feel comfortable.

The services are impactful for me because it has improved my outlook. I am no longer confined to the house anymore. I like BrightStar Care because I can have an adjusted schedule. The caregivers help me have my own schedule.

They have made my life easier by being present. The client is 97 years old and I can leave the house in the time the caregiver is here, that is major for me. So far I like the caregiver that we have and the cost is reasonable.

My mother always feels good when the caregivers come. The caregivers have helped the most by boosting her spirits a little bit. I know this isn't their fault right now but they're a little far away from where my mother lives, so scheduling has been a little troublesome because people have to travel from where they are to where we are. If you are in that area, I would absolutely recommend them.

Being able to get out of the hospital knowing that someone was going to be there to transport me, get me food, and get medication set up my recover for success. I liked the signing process and the determining of my care, it was simple and straight forward. Then there were follow-up calls to make sure things went well.

They send quality caregivers to my home. They understand that they do not need to hover over my mother and do every single thing for her. They step back and give her a level of independence to do what she can do. They don't have a four-hour minimum and their scheduler is wonderful to work with.

The client is refusing care, he comes up with every excuse as to not do the care. I do like that they don't have a minimum on hours. That is my favorite part of the service.

They don't have enough people to fill my needs. I can't leave the house because of it. Up until last Thanksgiving, they were great. But since then, I've had to give up a doctor's appointment and surgery because they don't have the caregivers to fill my needs. It's an industry problem right now and they're blaming COVID.

It has changed everything for us. We have our life back. We are able to turn over that care to the caregiver and we don't have to worry about anything and it is great. We can get out and it is great and it is a huge burden off of our shoulders. I am able to breathe. The caregivers have experience and if the schedule changes or the tasks change, they meet those changes. They are agile and have that flexibility.

This frees me up so that I can go to work. The person who goes out to do the initial interview should get better information so that everyone can understand what is needed. They could also have a caregiver there at that time as well.

It allows me to continue working remotely. They provide social interaction. They have gotten some good folks who are working for them. They have good, diligent, and attentive nurses. They have to work out some small communication issues, but they have improved.

It was helpful for my loved one to have people who were helpful and knowledge. They could interact with my loved one well. I think their scheduling was erratic. When I gave them the hours that I needed, they would say they would have everyone except for certain days, but I never got a call on if they found someone for those days. The scheduling was a bit stressful.

I was able to do stuff for myself. It was vital that could make me feel at ease with my sister. I like them because they were willing to accommodate me for the needs that I had. They were willing to work with me on cost for day. They were willing to provide competent caregivers for the shifts that I needed.

My husband has Parkinson's disease. By her coming in and helping with getting him up in the morning, dressing him, and taking care of all of the things, it is helpful. She is here for two half mornings and two whole days. His condition is declining because of his age and illness, but she is like family to us and it is wonderful to have that going on in my life. The lady that we have right now is phenomenal, and I have always been able to get the help when I needed it.

They could make my life easier by having a consistent caregiver. If they did that, I wouldn't have to worry about who is coming. I would like to see them be consistent with the same caregiver. They could offer additional notices for changes, and it could come quicker.

They do everything. It helps us as a family. We don't have to take off work. The caregivers, the CNAs, and aides are very caring. In the beginning, we had one or two that we weren't happy with, but BrightStar made it right. They're whole premise is revolved around caring for your loved one in their home with wonderful staff.

I have problems with getting in and out of the bed, and they hold on to me and help me. The caregivers are always on time, and do a good job when they get here.

They are available when she needs them. They meet her needs and assist her, which in turn benefited me, since I was not able to do it while I recovered from surgery. The main thing is, I haven't have any problems with the people that come out and give the care. But, the way they manage the business can hurt their clients and their workers.

We were exhausted, so they provided night time care. It was last minute, and they were trying to fill in spots, so sometimes the caregivers weren't as good of a fit or weren't as trained as they should have been.

They haven't had the same people so it just needs to be more consistent, every change of personnel requires a re-explanation to the nurses. Several times they didn't give me a call, sometimes they have told us that they don't have coverage. Another time they didn't call us when there wasn't coverage.

They do all of the physical caregiving that allows us to be a family and enjoy each other. My loved one had something in her knee pop, and then it started swelling. She began to be anxious, and the caregiver was very calm, soothing, and helpful to her.

They are courteous, try to help me as quickly as they can, and they provide me a car service that I use quite often. I'm older and I can't drive, but I have to get back and forth to the doctor. My son can't leave work every time I have to go to the doctor. They are there to help me and be with me, not just kick me out on the curb.

BrightStar Care is very flexible and responsive and understanding, but they didn't steal from me which is more than I can ask for. At BrightStar Care, the caregivers do as little as possible. I wasn't expecting the caregiver to clean my whole house, but I wish she would have just put the dishes in the dishwasher.

I would tell a friend that BrightStar Care caregivers are very well-qualified and professional. BrightStar Care makes my life easier because I felt that I could trust the caregivers to care for my child, and they were very personable.

I haven't had a great experience. I would tell others to find another agency. BrightStar Care should have put the patient first, instead of me trying to work around the schedule of the caregiver.
