It could just be his cooperation or lack thereof. It is regarding his cooperation regarding the service. He tends to not wake the caregiver for assistance during the night time. I would give specific names of individuals in this organization that I would request over others.

She does whatever is needed without being asked. I have had a couple of very good people, one of which I have now. When I was getting going with them, I had a couple of people I would never like to have again, but that has all been ironed out.

Just being here and making meals is great. But they could be more proactive. They need to be better at communicating.

You should know that it is nearly impossible to get Always Best Care to schedule the same care givers for each visit! Having different people come to my home is very stressful to me. Please know that the 3 Star rating is because each and every care giver I have had were very polite and respectful. Most knew their job and performed to my satisfaction. However, I have yet to meet any of the scheduling staff that gave a hoot about me and my very simple needs. I have tried several times to speak with anyone in upper management and would get blocked each time. FYI I’m not the only client by far with the same exact problem.

Always Best Care was extremely dependable. They provided services to my guardian couple for several months. Their service was 24/7. It included care for the couple, helping with meal preparation, house cleaning, timely doctor appointments, etc. The caregivers were very nice to me as guardian as well as the couple I was responsible for. They kept me informed of changing situations and showed a great deal of interest in the couples health and living conditions. ABC was always very responsive to my requests. In fact, Jim Seaton, the owner, was the most engaged person I have ever met. He knew my couple well and often called me to discuss issues. He also personally visited the couple quite often.
