We are using Lares Home Care for my mother. They help my mother with cooking, dressing, and showering. We have been using them for two months now. We chose them because they were very helpful. They immediately responded. They placed someone very, very quickly, and we were very happy with the people that they placed with us. The caregivers are excellent. They're very caring and very on top of things. Communication is excellent. Follow-up is excellent. I have nothing bad to say. Scheduling is fine as well. We have never had a problem when someone had to leave temporarily for a day off or something to get someone else to come out, they take care of everything. It is flawless. I would recommend them. Their caregivers are very nice, very pleasant to work with, very professional, dressed very nicely as well, and very clean and neat.

I have an aide coming in through Lares Home Care for mom. I've only been using them for about two weeks now. The staff members are very helpful and patient during the intake process and getting it all set up with my mother. Everything seems so good so far. I don't have any complaints or anything. The caregiver is excellent. They help her with her activities of daily living and keeping her company and offered to help do little chores around the house. She's very patient, kind, and very supportive of me and my husband.
