It is definitely helpful to me as my grandparent's caretaker. It eases my mind to know someone is there to take care of them. The office is very easy to work with and very accommodating if there is an aid that will be out, they get someone there quickly. Most Aids are good, a few problems, but they quickly resolve that if there are issues.

I would prefer to have fewer hour 5 days a week. I think they have been very responsible at finding new caregivers, and reasonable about billing.

I can depend on them coming when they're supposed to. She does what I ask her to do, and she even does things I don't ask. My house is in order and I'm fed. They're on time. They know what they're supposed to do. They're all good people that I've met so far.

I have one that comes ton Saturday. She is excellent does her thing, and does a good job. There are other caregivers that just sit and I have to tell them to get up and do things. They don't need the four hours to do what I need them to do so they just sit and watch TV with me. I don't like pay that much money. I don't need four hours and I was asking for three hours. They told me that I could get three hours but I would still have to pay for four hours and that is not right.

She was very good to her. They would talk with her, exercise with her, and were very kind. I liked that the aide was dependable when she did come. She ended up not coming, and I hope that the new aide will be just as dependable.

The caregivers did the duties that were asked of them and one of the aides even did more than was asked. As long as the services were helping my mom, it made me feel good. I think it's a good service. The aides we had were very attentive and caring to my mom.

The aide that we had was consistent. I was just really surprised when they dismissed us. They were the greatest. The nurse and the aides were great and we thought they were great until the end. At the end they became very inconsistent and they were not letting us know. The company needs to be more truthful. The way that they dismissed us was hurtful.

It wasn't perfect, but it allowed my mom to stay home, which was great. They're very flexible. My mom's needs changed, sometimes very abruptly, and there was never a time they couldn't cover an emergency or a change of plans. Everything was always covered.
