Several family members have had a variety of health issues over the last 5 years and LifeSpan Care Management has stepped seamlessly into the breach. The experience of having a beloved elder is kind of like having a car in that until it stops running perfectly, you don't think about it and the minute it stops running perfectly, unless you are a mechanic, you are at a disadvantage. You don't know what questions to ask, to whom you should address them, or whether the information and advice you receive is reliable. LifeSpan has been available 24/7, not only to answer questions but to pose the questions that I didn't know enough to ask. Having nurses rather than case workers as advocates changes the experience. We got the best surgeon at the best Philly-area hospital for Carotid Artery Surgery. We got the best surgeon at the best Vero Beach, Florida hospital for heart surgery. We got the best doctors at the best South Jersey hospital for stroke and diabetes No matter where we are or what we need, be it legal, financial, insurance-related or any of the essential issues that bring to bear when catastrophe strikes or problems/issues/questions arise, LifeSpan has proved to be a real asset. I know that our association with LifeSpan Care Management has saved and prolonged the lives and the quality of life of more than one of my family members. Thank you, LifeSpan. Thank you, Mike
