My aunt is very independent and she can no longer be alone because she uses a walker. She needs someone there to make sure she has not fallen. The present caregiver has been with my aunt for over a year, and the agency has answered my questions. The visiting nurse has always checked in with me at the end of the month.

The agency could make my life easier by having a constant caregiver every day 5 days a week. I would want the agency to improve on having a permanent caregiver instead of having different substitute caregivers.

We only have two girls at this point. One is a saint and I would clone her. She is an excellent aide and does excellent personal care. She is just all the right stuff. She is good with both of them and my mom's needs. They just don't have enough people. They can improve the depth of their team so if someone doesn't work out, there is someone to call and say that they have so-and-so who can come instead of someone can't come.

Erika at Right at Home helped me navigate the process of long term care insurance and working with her service. She was kind, patient and listened to me. She is also so knowledgeable! Zena was our aide and she did a terrific job with my mom. I can't say enough about Zena's easy going and compassionate nature. She had to listen to many stories over and over again and she did this like she was hearing the story for the first time, every time. I would highly recommend Zena and thank her from the bottom of my heart for the care that she provided.
