I finally found what I was looking for with nurse Galina's agency. I've had help for my mom the last 16 months and it's been nothing but aggravation with aides not showing up or being late and/or inconsistent. I even tried a couple of agencies but they really looked out for their own benefits and was pushing for more hours than mom really needed. A friend of mine who used Galina's service in the past suggested I call and I'm glad I did. Galina is so personable. She listens, understands your needs and will customize care based on your situation. I felt so confident with her. She introduced a caregiver before the caregiver even started working for mom so I knew who was coming on the day we started services. Galina has a great back-up system and her staff is really sweet. I've been using Galina's agency for 6 months now and it's been nothing but a stress relieve. I'm highly recommending her to those families who are looking for good, reliable care.

I was nervous about hiring someone to assist Mom. Galina came out to assess our needs and meet Mom. She knew the perfect person to assist. We met aide J and Mom immediately liked her. She came during the day to take Mom to stores, assist with laundry and cleaning, take Mom to doctor appointments etc. She went above and beyond by taking Mom to the park where they had picnic lunches which Mom loved. She found out what music Mom liked and they would go outside, listen to music and enjoy the time. She would take Mom to see the swans and made mom happy.

Galina's agency has excellent aides. Fanny comes in says hello and immediately goes to clean the kitchen. She doesn't stop. She goes to the bedroom and cleans everywhere. She's very personable and efficient and easy to get along with. She's an asset to anyone she meets. I highly recommend this agency. Thanks!!!

Optimistic Hope

Nurse Galinas has the ability to be a great Agency for caregiving, but i think with the hope of trying to please all its clients needs, it is saying "Yes" before they can confirm the delivery of the need. Galina is a dedicated hardworking individual that trys her best to provide talented and matching caregivers to their client but seems to fall slightly short at times. over the time that I have been with Nurse Galinas it took at least 2.5 months to finally get some one that could handle moms documented needs, which were communicated from day one. And then after I had the individual their and was secure in moms care, the individual was pulled off the case to go elsewhere. So it was quite disappoointing to me. And needless to say mom had become fond of and use to the individual. Im sure this might be the case with other agencies as well, in addition to some caregivers looking for higher wages and jobs that are closer to hiome. I think after COVID a lot changed in the Caregiving Industry. Being in the field myself in the past I know what it is like. But there are agencies that do and can deliver because I have worked for them. Too bad they are not in my area. But Galina does try. Thank you!

Thank you to Galina's fantastic services for my mom. My mom is 88 and loves her caretaker. Her caretake is wonderful. She understands mom's quirks, goes above and beyond in her care of mom and is super patient. Her patience is very appreciated because mom has dementia. She is very trustworthy and has become like a part of our family! I would definitely recommend Nurse Galina's services. Thank you!

The most professional, kind, and compassionate people work at Galina's agency. Something I couldn't figure out for weeks, Galina managed to put it all in the check for me. She's very knowledgeable about elder care and makes coping an easier process. Please, give her a chance and you won't regret it. Galina and her staff are simply amazing.
