Our caregiver makes my wife have a normal daily routine when I am not there, getting her dressed, doing her hair and her feeling good makes her have energy, which helps her fight cancer. The agency is very personable and helpful.

She's very happy. She's ninety two and had a difficult surgery two years ago. She was recovering from that and was slowing down and she's happy to be cared for. The caregivers we've had have been very caring and have always kept the best interests of my mom in mind.

Overall, except for the replacements, the aide was great. She provided total care for her. They could have had better quality replacement aides. They were scary sometimes.

I wouldn't be doing well without the care. They've helped the most with my balance when walking. I like everything about them. My caregiver takes good care of me and has a good personality.

The communication and execution of the care plan and how it gets evaluated and adjusted. A part of it is education of the family and the boundaries for the caregivers. I like that we have three people who are very good.

I can go to school or work because the client is in better hands with the aide than with me. The caregiver, Loretta, has become part of the family. She reviews drugs, gets the client exercise or entertainment, and prepares meals.

They provide a good aide, so we feel comfortable leaving my father in his house. I like the aides that have been provided for my father. There is always backup if the aide needs to take off.

I have to depend upon them, and I am tended to. All of my aides are fine. The first aide I had did not do a good job. The first aide I had just didn't work out. It was my fault for not getting rid of her sooner.
