They do things for me that I no longer can do. They could have better communication.

The caregiver was a big help with the client. For me, she had a positive impact by doing things around the house that so badly needed to be done, such as the laundry and the changing of the linens. I liked the professionalism and the woman who was showing up. She did a good job, and she took good care of the client.

They made it easier for me to pay for the services. They set up the banking system and it made billing easier for me. I like that they were consistent with helping me find someone to fit with my schedule.

Right at Home has helped the most, just for the daily living skills for my dad, and giving us the piece of mind that someone is there to help him when we can't be. She affords the opportunity for my mom to leave the house, that's amazing. I like the quality of the caregivers. They always have sent someone who is professional. It's important that they can communicate with my dad. 90% of his needs are companionship, really. It was important that they didn't have an accent, and someone he could communicate with.

It really helped me get the time to do what I needed to do. A couple of aides were not the best, but they tried to match them. A couple of the aides were not as qualified as I would have liked them to be.

I needed someone at the memory care place where my dad was because I couldn't be there with him, and I knew the agency would be reliable. The lady from the office was excellent because she worked hard to schedule someone. My dad had sores, and I needed coverage for him. The agency made it happen.

They've been able to help do some of the daily things like grocery shopping and cleaning the house. I think they should be able to track and monitor things in a written form for someone else to see. I'm not always there so it would be nice to have a log of things that were done and concerns that they have.

They have helped her by keeping her company. I like that the aide is personable and is on the ball. All of our needs are taken care of. I had just referred them the other day to someone in my town.

The provider helped us by taking good physical care of my love one so she wasn't a problem with the unit she was living in. She was having some hygiene issues that the staff was able to address on a daily basis. The particular people we dealt with were very responsive, as well as the caregivers. We love the open form of communication that was proved.

I think she needs more care, but it's not Right at Home's fault. I think that the caregiver is a doll and the other one is outstanding.

A lot of the problems I've had with Right at Home. Currently things are stable but my parents have dementia are not happy about having caregivers. I requested Right at Home send only a couple different caregivers but Right at Home often sent many different people and didn't always let me know when they changed caregivers. My parents are not easy to care for, but they do need to have a consistent caregiver. Whenever my parents had a new caregiver I had to go over and help them get used to the new person. The first full time caregiver wasn't a good fit, and the second caregiver left to go home after just a few weeks. The current caregiver has been here three weeks and she has been very good with my parents so far. I am on pins and needles as to whether this will be a stable caregiver.

I would tell someone that Right at Home is very attentive and that their caregivers are very good. Having someone here eases my life because without Right at Home I would be a 24/7 caregiver.

I would rate owner Ray 6 stars if I could. He always responded very promptly to calls & emails, no matter the time of day. He worked with me finding solutions to difficult situations, like the time my mother was left in the ER at 2:00 a.m. He as was reasonable and flexible, honest and easy to work with. He "got" my Mom and dealt with her quirks. I had to lower this to 4 stars because not all of the aides worked out well for us. It might have been because they were weekend only, not having the time to build much connection with Mom. Nothing horrible, just some who weren't very engaged or attentive.

Was very satisfied with the service. We had 2 different girls and both were wonderful with dad. Had Luisa D and Maura. I think there is a 4 hour minimum if I remember right. Could have used some days of a shorter shift but all in all it was worth it.

After many years of searching for the right aid to matchup with my mother I came upon Right at Home. Immediately I felt that this is the right agency. From the owner, to the office staff, to the nurses, to the aids, they are committed to helping families in need. Kim,my mother’s aid, has the patience of a Saint and a heart of gold. Mom recently was hospitalized and Kim was at the hospital every day with mom filling in her shift. This allowed our family to be able to do our jobs and not worry about if Mom was being taken care of properly. Kim was an advocate for our Mom when we couldn’t be and, in my book, that’s family, not just an aid. So, if you are looking for a reliable, compassionate agency to take care of your loved one don’t skip over Right at Home.

We hired 4 hourly and/or 24/7 health care professionals. All were well trained, compassionate, and provided the necessary caring environment well above and beyond what was expected. If asked, I would strongly recommend this provider to others in need of their services.
