We actually needed the person coming out to be able to drive the client to places. He is 93 and needs a walker or a cane. Unfortunately, I don't think they can fix this, but he needs to get into a car and sometimes the person driving him has a car that he has to actually climb into. It's a little difficult for him, but there's not really anything anybody could do about that. I think his current aide does not have AC in their car, which makes for a difficult trip. I don't think that's a big deal though and I don't think they have any say over that. I like that they're available 24/7 and their communication is really good.

We received 3 half days of help in our home in Camden county - Haddonfield. Britney was amazing and helped in so many ways. Bill loved to talk with her about their lives and really trusted her to take him for walks. She made sure he was safe on these walks in our community while he used 2 walking sticks. He is pleased that his walking has gotten better. I was happy that she could do his laundry and change the sheets on our bed. She made his breakfast and before she left, made his lunch so it was ready for him to eat when he wanted it! She would also do vacuum cleaning as well as wash dishes and put them away. The office called us if we were to get a different caregiver and answered all my questions about the person's experience. They were always able to get someone to come and help on our days of need and at the times we wanted. I would really recommend RIGHT AT HOME services. Everyone in the office was very responsive and caring!

During the last week of my mom’s life, we hired Right at Home aides to help us care for Mom around the clock to make sure she was comfortable while dying and that all her needs were met, including bathing and changing, medication, and ensuring comfort while bed-bound. Not only were these caregivers there for Mom, but they quickly became shoulders for us to lean on for this very sad and excruciating process. One phone call and my stress was over! I am the sole caregiver for an elderly aunt in NJ but I live in South Carolina. After contacting Right At Home I was immediately at ease because I knew the agency would insure my aunt was not alone. The caregivers ( I asked for a variety) took excellent care of my aunt; they stayed on top of her appointments, cooked her wonderful meals, and generally removed so much stress from my day to day life. Most importantly my aunt was happy and liked the caregivers the agency sent out, and that was worth every penny!

I've had to leave my job to go home and care for my loved one because they can't get coverage. I was told that they would always have a replacement if my usual caregiver can't come, but that's not true.

The caregiver supports my mother and helps her shower. The caregiver is terrific. The nurse checks on my mother every month. The billing is just through my email.

They made my life easier for my brothers and I just by being there. We did not have to go up and do lunch and dinner for my father anymore. We were killing ourselves trying to get up there before, and they made a huge impact on that. We had peace of mind knowing someone was there feeding him. Right at Home was great! If I had a question, I could call and get an answer immediately.

The caregivers were great. They did a nice job of taking care of my loved one and letting me know what they need. There was no communication with them. People would call out and I wouldn't get a phone call letting me know they weren't coming. They wouldn't apologize when something wasn't right.

They have helped the most in sending me the live-in aide that they did. She has helped me very much in being independent. They are very good, they usually but not always supply a fill-in right away if someone can't been there.

I needed them more when I got home from the hospital. The help was needed in the beginning. It was helpful that they showed up. They prepared food and brought it to me. I liked some of the people they sent over. Others never made it here. I had to make sure I knew who was coming.

The services took stress off of me because I knew that someone was there.She was there to take care of my dad and to help around the house so that my mom didn't have to. The person that I spoke with who made the arrangements was very communicative and was easy to reach when I had questions. It would have been helpful if they had live-in providers who had their own transportation.

When she was here, she was okay, and she did what she needed to. I think they should have more communication with the caregivers and the caregivers should act more professional. If there's a problem, they should speak to the person.

I have to be available in case I have to go home. The stress comes in when I have to take him to the doctor. It would be nice to have somebody for every doctor visit. They are very prompt, clear on what to expect, and what they offer.

The people they sent over could have been more attentive and more punctual, and not cancel out so many times for many different reasons. I had to request changes a few times. The caregiver they sent over should have been more proactive with my mother. Basically they just sat there and talked on a phone, which is not what we were expecting.

They need consistency in the care and their caregivers. I'd like the caregivers to consistently provide care and to be on time all the time. If there was better consistency, it would be better. I can't be there to care for my parents, so it's good to have someone there to shower my dad.

I would say that they help by sending people out that can do the job. The caregiver is more like a companion to my husband. He comes on Saturday's and helps out with my husband.

Right at Home was fine if you can get the people to come out. They had a problem of getting people staffed but in the end we had some good ones. Right at Home took good care of my loved one and I have no complaints.

I would tell a friend that Right at Home doesn't have enough substitutes for the area that I am living in. Right at Home made life easier by changing my mom's diapers, giving her a bath, and changing her catheter.

Right at Home has provided care for my husband. For the most part, I have had one aide with occasional changes in addition for doctors visits. I have been pleased with all our dealings with the office, the nurse and of course the caregivers.
