My caregivers have had a positive impact because I am able to be home to get my oxygen. It's so much better than going into the hospital and has saved me a lot of time and driving. All the nurses I've had have showed up on time and have been wonderful.

It's great having them come over, I like that I do not have to leave my home to get my infusions. They haven't always been able to get the IV in, so maybe they could train the caregivers better with that.

We started working with Brightstar in Sept. of this year. My husband has PD and it was no longer safe to leave him when I needed to attend appts. It's been an overall positive experience; our caregiver (Isabel) has been fantastic. She's kind, helpful and unfailingly cheerful! I'd also like to give a shout out to Renee who has endured my numerous emails and phone calls with unlimited patience. Wishing all at Brightstar a very Happy New Year!

Rachel at Brightstar is amazing! We are a large school district and are in need of coverage for our school nurses when they are out. She answers our calls and most of all returns our calls. The nursing staff that she has sent us are outstanding and super nice to our students as well as competent and skilled nurses. One caregiver showed up with devil ears on her car. Some of the caregivers are not willing to do things that they are supposed to do, or what they are supposed to do is not clear to them. One of the biggest things is that they do not know how to do simple things like fold clothes. There have been times when we have not had coverage or a caregiver that is a good match.

I think the IV helps but not as long as it used to. It improves quite a bit. This is my second get around with quest labs. Twice now I get a call from my doctor saying I had to go to the hospital right away, but it was a falsely elevated lab. They are off with their values. I think I get good quality care and my nurse just tries her best to fit my schedule.

I was the caregiver for my husband John. I hired BrightStar Bedford for help showering him, exercising his brain and walking with him and finally getting him into bed. The staff was wonderful. Delphina was great with John. He sometimes gave her a hard time, but she persevered. When ever I had a question and called the office, the response was immediate. Unfortunately, I had to put John into a memory care facility this month and he is doing well there. After John had been there for a week or so, Delphine called me to see how he was doing. I'm pretty sure, this was above and beyond her scope of employment! Thank you Delphine and the entire BrightStar staff. Please feel comfortable using this service for your loved one at any time. My only complaint, is that a 4 hour block is required and although the aids are approved to do light household chores, I have always felt I wanted to do these my self. So 4 hours was a little too long for me, but if you enbrace additional help 4 hours would be great.

My family will be forever grateful for the top-notch care you provided our father and for the efforts they put forth to make sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. Each person we worked with was knowledgeable and willing to spend the time necessary to ensure the whole family understood the process, challenges and goals. The lovely ladies that came into our home to care for my father were all competent, professional and helpful in not only caring for my Dad, but also in showing the rest of us how to approach his care when they were not here. I know I can speak for my father in saying he was exceedingly happy with all of his caregivers and that his final months and weeks were made much more pleasant because he felt safe and loved. I relied on BrightStar to take care of my Mom after she was discharged from the hospital. It was a difficult time as I live in another country and we do not have family in NH. They were patient, understanding, and thoughtful through the entire ordeal. I cannot recommend them enough. BrightStar Care has been wonderful! They provide care for my husband who suffers from Parkinson's. The staff have been so patient and kind with us as they helped us navigate this process. They helped us understand and maximize his VA benefit and even provided guidance and tips on how to make our home safer for him. All of the girls in the office have been so helpful. My husband's caregiver is an absolute angel. She is kind, reliable, and eager to help. The director of nursing is extremely knowledgeable. I know my husband is in good hands with BrightStar. We are so grateful we found them!

My mother has been cared for by BrightStar, intermittently, for about a year. Recently she had been admitted to the hospital and then rehab. BrightStar called me a couple of times during her rehabs day to check on her well-being. Approximately one month before Mom was discharged I questioned BrightStar about their ability to provide 24/7 care for Mom once she was discharged. They assured me that even with the covid-19 virus that they would be able to provide the necessary care. I emphasized that they needed to have support staff available if an emergency arose with mom's caregivers. Again, two weeks before mom's discharge I called to confirm that they could provide the necessary care. Again they reassured me that they had the necessary staff to care for my mother. One week prior to Mom's discharge I again called to reassure that Mom would have 24/7 care when she arrived home. This time they stated, " We working on it." Less than 48 hours before mom's return to her home, BrightStar called and shared that they had arranged for 16 hours of care for the entire week. What happened to the 24/7 care that they reassured me would be available for my mother? I asked if an employee that had worked for them previously could be released from her " no compete contract" in order to provide some private care to make up BrightStars inability to assist my mother. In true form, they emphatically stated,, "No". My question... Does BrightStar truly care for their clients if they betray the client's and family's trust? I do understand that covid is interfering with all of our lives but I can't tolerate the deceit that BrightStar portrayed to my mother and our family. My mother's wish has always been to spend her final days in her home. Thanks to BrightStar this final wish will not be granted.

It could've been easier if a caregiver would've shown up. They need to have a good emergency backup if a caregiver doesn't show up.

It's been very helpful. It's helped him in regards to safety. We feel like it's unsafe for him to be alone so they cover the time frames that we can't. They responded right away. We got a meeting very quickly when we called them on short notice.

I've been feeling a lot better than I normally do with my new medication. I have no complaints. It's not hard to contact my nurse. It's easy. I like how straightforward everything is.

I have the infusions on a regular basis, so it is very helpful for me to have them. I like the fact that they were available to come into my area, which is miles away from anything. They have to send someone from a far distance, and I appreciate that.

We wanted them there so we could go on a planned vacation. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about my mother-in-law. I liked how quickly they responded to my call.

I don't have to go to the hospital to have my infusions. This gives me a chance to stay home because I don't feel well after. They have worked with my schedule.

It makes a big impact because I don't have to go out of the home, my caregiver is very intelligent. She will answer my questions. I really appreciate that because some doctors don't give me the time. My caregiver is really good. I think they are a good company.

They help with things that I can't do. They have changed as my arm has gotten better. The care was intense in the beginning as they helped with all the daily things. Now, it has whittled down to a few housekeeping things. They are very helpful and very thorough. They are consistent, and they care.

Being at home and having care at home is a lot better than having to go the hospital every week. I like the level of care. The nurses are great. I requested my old nurse, but she couldn't come, so she asked her sister to apply and come take care of me.

The personnel should have a better attitude towards the customers. The attitude of some of their personnel is more aggressive than others.

I don't have to care for him while they are here. They take care of everything and I don't have to be concerned about it. They have taken the load off my shoulders. They try their best to make sure that my schedule is covered competently. It doesn't always work out, but they make sure that it comes as close to perfect as possible.

We don't have to go to Boston every two weeks to get our son monitored! We have had the same visiting nurse come out. She has really made an effort to get to know my son and develop a relationship with him. She is very friendly and asks questions to make him feel comfortable.

It's a 5 hour service and then she gets sick afterwards no matter what they do. I try to make her comfortable and the nurse is super good. We do what we can to make her comfortable. They're doing the best that they can to make her as comfortable as they can and give her the least amount of side effects. I did not like the first nurse that came out. I was unhappy with her because she was doing her personal business instead of interacting with my daughter. I voiced my opinion and they sent the director of nurses out to help. She agreed with me completely and all of my complaints were answered. They made sure I was satisfied. Now they are sending out the top nurse.

I don't have someone coming in daily. They come in and show me how to do an IV for my loved one. There are a lot of gaps in the organization. The caregivers work really well with me.

I was going to my dad's place every single day and it has enabled the family to get relief. They bend over backwards to help people. My dad was in a car accident and I was on my way to work to my new job so I called the office to ask if a caregiver could go in and they were amazing. They are flexible and are more than willing to help.

It has made a big difference. For me personally, I was here a lot for my mom when she lived with my brother, and there are certain things she would never allow my brother to do for her. I don't know what we would have done without those nurses. They have been God sent to our family. They always seem to find people that fit my mother's personality.

It makes me very cheerful and I appreciate what she is doing. She will take me out in my wheelchair in the good weather. She does laundry, grocery shopping, and anything I ask her to do. My caregiver is always in a good mood and willing to do what has to be done. I have never had a problem.

There are a host of things. The first caregiver came out made some mistakes and wasn't happy when I asked them to fix those things. They complained when I asked them to do things. They made some statements that weren't accurate. They never stopped and asked questions. I had a bad fall, and I dropped some things. What I dropped got mixed in with my laundry, and they were mean about cleaning it up.
