One of the things that would be helpful is if they took notes on the individual clients. Instead of doing it all over again. The way the homecare provider can contact me. I would definitely recommend them. There are some people that are better than others within the organization, but my caregiver is outstanding! I don't always have the same caregiver, though.

She dusts, mops, and cleans the two bathrooms. The caregiver came out and has been working for us for about 7 weeks. They are doing fine. She does pretty much what I want to be done.

They need to be a little more persistent with caring for my mother. You have to be persistent with her so that she will cooperate. We now have a caregiver that is amazing to help, but it took a while to get a good one.

She helps me into bed. The people that they send, like their main caregiver, is always on time and always shows up and it is great.

She runs my sweeper and makes my bed for me because I can't do that myself. All the other jobs I can do. They need to have a system so that I know who is coming and when. They can't change the schedule in the middle of the stream.

There were a lot of different caregivers, some would stay on their phones and some of them helped out a lot. They could have been a little more consistent, there were a lot of late arrivals and no shows.

I was looking for someone who was friendly to be around. One guy did not know how to do like basic cooking. One wanted to leave even though we were paying her to be there.

She is someone I would like as a friend. She does things that I have to do routinely, which leaves me free as a caregiver to do some things that I want to do for myself. My mother doesn't get out so it gives her someone to talk to and get feedback from, and who is interested in her. Part of her job is to interact with my mother and keep her mind going. It helps her to know what someone else is interested in her. The caregiver listens, she follows directions, and she is very pleasant.

It has given me time for my other needs, like doing my paperwork and being able to recover from a broken hip. I would recommend them because they are prompt and start right in with their work with what they are supposed to do.
