I think the nurse who came in and the direct contact I had with her made life easier. She came to my home and did a great job. I thought that my nurse was fantastic. It was really easy to schedule.

They are there with her and that makes things better. They could interact with her more and get more engaged with her. The biggest problem would be last minute calls when someone can't make it. My mom can't stay by herself.

They were responsive and worked with us a lot to help my mom out a lot. One of the Bright Star employees told me she wasn't doing well and I should come home, so I was able to spend her last week with her.

They had pretty good caregivers. There was one caregiver I liked in particular. They couldn't supply me with some of the people I wanted sometimes. They were supposed to make it easier on me, which they sometimes did and sometimes didn't.
