They have provided me with care and always follow through on providing it. It is a relief to have someone who can come out to help me. They can contact my doctor for me when I need help. I like that they listen to me and answer promptly and follow through.

She was a nice person. The caregiver was misinformed and the reason the company didn't cover it was because the person was just a companion. That wasn't what we needed. They should have explained the financial services better to us.

The aide only comes one day a week. On the limited time spent she is very positive with Andrew. I like that they're connected in the community and very professional.
